Today I'm joining Berkley Mystery in
celebrating the November 26 release of
THE DOG WHO KNEW TOO MUCH
Book 6 in the Paws and Claws Mysteries
by Krista Davis
When a famous pooch comes to Wagtail for some downtime, inn owner Holly Miller learns that murder never rests in this all-new Paws & Claws mystery in the New York Times bestselling series.
America's favorite dog comes to pet-friendly Wagtail for some rest and relaxation, but Holly quickly discovers that this perfect pup is a total scamp who takes every opportunity to run off and misbehave. During an outdoor treasure-hunting game, the star dog and Trixie, Holly's beloved Jack Russell terrier, stumble across a dead body.
Holly has more than murder to worry about, though, when a man shows up after reading an article featuring Trixie in a magazine and claims that he is the dog's rightful owner. Holly will need to prove that she is her pup's only parent and catch a killer to restore peace to her pet-loving happy place.

I’m
always excited to be back in Wagtail, VA with Holly and Trixie. I never know
what’s going to happen in their adventures, but I’m happy to get to be a part
of them. THE DOG WHO KNEW TOO MUCH is no different. The fun and action started
on page one, and just kept building momentum from there.
A
celebrity dog, who is always into or causing something he shouldn’t be, a
murder, and a stranger claiming Trixie is his dog, not Holly’s, all make for a
page turning adventure that I couldn’t put down. Chapter after chapter this
story added elements that made the mystery(ies) that much harder to solve. By
the conclusion, I was breathless, but thrilled to have the answers that for the
life of me couldn’t figure on my own.
Author
Krista Davis never disappoints, and that couldn’t be truer than with THE DOG
WHO KNEW TOO MUCH.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
New York Times Bestselling author Krista Davis grew up devouring Nancy Drew, the Hardy Boys, and Agatha Christie and still loves a good mystery. Krista writes three mystery series.
The Domestic Diva Mysteries are set in Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia. Sophie Winston loves to entertain but she keeps things simple. When it comes to murder, though, this domestic diva knows how to dig up dirt. Recipes and entertaining tips included!
The Paws & Claws Mysteries take place on Wagtail Mountain, Virginia, the premier vacation destination for people who want to travel with their pets. Holly Miller and her German Oma run the family inn in Wagtail, which caters to dogs and cats. Holly's Jack Russell Terrier, Trixie, and her long-haired calico kitty, Twinkletoes, use their superior noses to sniff out trouble.
In the Pen & Ink series, protagonist Florrie Fox runs a bookstore in Georgetown, Washington, DC by day and is an adult coloring book artist by night. The front and back covers of the Pen & Ink books can be colored!
Like her domestic diva, Sophie Winston, Krista enjoys cooking (okay, eating!) and entertaining, but she'd just as soon leave the cleaning to someone else. She lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains with her cats and dogs.
