What's Cooking?

Adorableness!

🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽

Anyone who knows me, knows I adore everything cupcake related! So, you'll see why had to have this cookbook!

I've owned this one for several years now, and I never get tired of looking through it, and trying the great, fun recipes!

Witty, one-of-a-kind imaginative cupcake designs using candies from the local convenience store. America's favorite food photography team, responsible for the covers of America's top magazines, shows how to create funny, scary, and sophisticated masterpieces, using a zipper lock bag and common candies and snack items. With these easy-to-follow techniques, even the most kitchen-challenged cooks can:

• raise a big-top circus cupcake tier for a kid's birthday
• plant candy vegetables on Oreo earth cupcakes for a garden party
• trot out a line of confectionery "pupcakes" for a dog fancier
• serve sausage and pepperoni pizza cupcakes for April Fool's Day
• bewitch trick-or-treaters with chilly ghost chocolate cupcakes
• create holidays on icing with turkey cupcake place cards, a white cupcake Christmas wreath, and Easter egg cupcakes

No baking skills or fancy pastry equipment is required. Spotting the familiar items in the hundreds of brilliant photos is at least half the fun.

MY REVIEW

Cupcakes are one of my favorite things. Eating them. Baking them. Collecting cupcake themed items. You just can’t be in a bad mood around cupcakes. At least, not the ones in HELLO, CUPCAKE!

Authors, Karen Tack and Alan Richardson have assembled a variety of fun, easy to create cupcakes, for just about any occasion. Birthday, Wedding, Halloween, Christmas, they’re in here.

After a brief introduction, is a page of the essential tools for making your cupcakes. Most, if not all these items are already likely to be in your kitchen. Next are pages filled with design materials and techniques for making creative and unique cupcakes that will be the hit at any party.

HELLO, CUPCAKE! has full page, beautiful, colored photos full of templates, partially assembled and finished cupcakes. Each comes with the instructions for making these sweet delights. The book finishes with from scratch, and help from the store recipes from cakes and frosting.

There’s no part of HELLO, CUPCAKE! that I don’t love! If you’re a fan of these sweet confections like I am, you’re going to want to get a copy of your own!

The next ones are two of my favorites!

At the time of this posting, the
had 23 copies of HELLO, CUPCAKE! for only $5.39!
