DEATH RUNS ADRIFT
A Gray Whale Inn Mystery
by Karen MacInerney

With her own wedding fast approaching and her mother-in-law dating an unexpected beau, the last thing Natalie Barnes needs is to find a young man shot dead in a dinghy. A note she finds with the body suggests the dearly departed had a secret rendezvous planned with somebody on the island. But when suspicion is cast on a fisherman Natalie believes to be innocent, she begins to wonder if the murder was the result of a lover’s quarrel . . . or a lobsterman’s disagreement gone horribly wrong.

Includes recipes!

Beautiful scenery, wonderful characters, a dead body, and a wedding.

Karen MacInerney has pinned another winner. This sixth book in the Gray Whale Inn Mystery series may just be the best in the series so far.

DEATH RUNS ADRIFT was a story that kept adding twists and turns like a winding county road. Each chapter bringing a new surprise.
I never knew what was coming next, and that’s just how I like my mysteries.

Plus, there are mouth watering recipes included!

This trip to Maine’s Cranberry Island was a pleasure for me for sure and
I look forward to my next visit.

  1. I've been enjoying this series since day 1. I'd love to visit Cranberry Island in the summer between murders.
