It's Tuesday my friends.
If you're reading this, you survived another Monday! I'm curious, is Monday better or worse than any other day in your weekend?

And now on to today, Tuesday!
Please enjoy this list of cozy authors whose names begin with the letter T.

Victoria Thompson  Victoria Thompson’s very popular Gaslight Mystery Series features a midwife in early 20th century. Her sleuth, Sarah Brandt, is a strong woman who solves mysteries in New York City. Thompson also writes the Counterfeit Lady Mystery Series, which features New York con woman Elizabeth Miles – during the late 1900s .

Suzanne Trauth   Suzanne has an extensive theatre background, having written screenplays, produced and directed stage productions, and instructed theatre at the Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey. Her Cozy Mystery series, the Dodie O’Dell Mystery Series, stars a restaurant manager in Etonville, New Jersey.

Joyce Tremel – Joyce Tremel was a police secretary for ten years, experience that she now uses in writing. She’s also a Pittsburgh native, so it’s no surprise that her Cozy Mystery series, the Brewing Trouble Mystery Series, is set in the Steel City. Maxine “Max” O’Hara, the sleuth, is a certified brewmaster and owner of the Allegheny Brew House.

Gayle Trent   (aka Amanda Lee & Gayle Leeson) Trent spent years commuting to work and double-tasking, but with the debut of her Daphne Martin Cozy Mystery Series (2008, featuring a cake decorator!), she is able to give up the commute part of that equation. Trent also writes the Myrtle Crumb Mystery Series. Myrtle is a senior sleuth who lives in Virginia. As Lee she writes the Embroidery Mystery Series which features the owner of an embroidery shop in Oregon. And, as Gayle Leeson she writes the Down South CafĂ© Mystery Series, which takes place in a Virginian town. She also writes the Ghostly Fashionista Mystery Series which stars not only the owner of a fashion design shop, but also a ghost who has inhabited the shop since the 1930s.

Teresa Trent   Teresa was the daughter in a military family, which means she moved many times. (I can identify with that!) She writes the Pecan Bayou Mystery Series, which features Betsy Livingston, the “Helpful Hinter”. Betsy lives in a cozy, little town named Pecan Bayou, in Texas. Betsy has managed to turn her hobby into a business, in order to support her son and herself.  Also, Betsy has a cousin (Danny) – who has Down Syndrome. Teresa’s son has Down Syndrome, which is why she decided to feature Danny in her Cozies. I love that Danny has a substantial part in this series, rather than a teeny-tiny role. This series also provides helpful hints and recipes for us.
