What's Cooking?

A little something of everything!

🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽

Looking for something fancy, or something easy to cook?
This cookbook has it all!

For New York Times best-selling author Cristina Ferrare, “family, cooking, food, and bringing people together [are] a passion.” That same irrepressible enthusiasm infuses A Big Bowl of Love, Ferrare's homey collection of more than 150 recipes for everyday meals and celebrations. Each dish has been tested, enjoyed, and cherished by Cristina's family and friends, as well as by viewers of Cooking with Cristina--a series of cooking segments that aired on the OWN network (Oprah Winfrey Network).
Cristina's natural warmth, generosity, and creativity is preserved in every bite of these dishes--and this busy professional, wife, and mother shows how to shop, set up a pantry, and use cook once, eat twice recipes to make preparing and enjoying meals easy and fun.

You’ll find recipes for, Taco Bites, Grilled Polenta Cakes, Heirloom Tomatoes with Burrata Cheese and Prosciutto, Green Apple Slaw, Pumpkin Soup, Tuscan Bread Soup, Corkscrew Pasta with Silky Marinara Sauce, Spaghetti Carbonara, Cornish Game Hens, Gyros, Stove-Top Sirloin Sandwiches, Shrimp with Garlic, Lemon, and White Wine, Creamed Spinach, Baked Sweet Potato Fries, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Fourth-generation Rice Pudding, Greek Salsa, Avocado Dipping Sauce, and so much more.

CRISTINA FERRARE’S BIG BOWL OF LOVE is a well done cookbook with recipes that I’m sure you’ll use again and again.

Even though published in 2011, BIG BOWL OF LOVE is available through online retailers. I found my copy at The BookOutlet online.
